Product Details
How the two coatings work together: the heat-sensitive layer is applied over the sublimation layer. Prints go on first by sublimation - the coating opens under the press, ink passes into the surface and re-seals as it cools, so the design becomes part of the wall. The thermochromic layer then sits on top and stays opaque below roughly 45 degrees. A standard sublimation mug shows the print all the time; this one hides it in the cupboard and reveals it at the table.
