Can I request a custom shape or size?
Yes, we offer OEM services for custom shapes, sizes, and handle designs. Send us your 3D file or sketch, and we'll provide a feasibility assessment and quotation.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer silk screen printing, ceramic decal printing, sublimation printing, laser engraving, embossed logo, and debossed logo. Each method has different advantages for color complexity, durability, and budget.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes, we can provide pre-production samples for your approval before mass production. Sample costs are deducted from the final invoice for confirmed orders.

Standard production time is 15-25 days after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Shipping time depends on the method: sea freight (25-35 days), air freight (5-7 days), or express (3-5 days).
