Why reorders like this matter more than a first order
A first order tests a supplier’s quotation. A reorder tests everything else: whether the glaze and the decoration arrived as approved, whether the packing survived the voyage, whether the count and the documents were right, and whether the goods sold once they reached the shelf. A customer who orders again within days of unloading has answered all four questions in the affirmative.
