The Ramadan 2027 Track (90-120 Day Window)

The pattern. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around February 17, 2027 (subject to moon sighting), with gifting concentrated in the weeks before it. Working backward from mid-February, September is the sample-confirmation and packaging-decision month.

The Mistakes That Cost the Season

Waiting for "a better price." By October, capacity is the constraint, not price. A slightly better quote in October does not help if the production slot is gone. September is the month to commit on confirmed capacity.

Treating the two seasons separately. Christmas and Ramadan share the same factory capacity in October-November. A buyer who plans both together gets first pick of production slots; a buyer who plans Christmas first and Ramadan later discovers the kiln is full.

Forgetting customs and distribution. Landed cost and arrival date include customs clearance and distribution. A late-December sail for Ramadan lands in January only if documentation (origin certs, halal certs where required, declarations) is already in order.
